reg add "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\TimeZoneInformation" /v RealTimeIsUniversal /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f


Set Windows to use UTC:

Open the Registry Editor by pressing Windows Key + R, typing "regedit," and hitting Enter.
Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\TimeZoneInformation.
Right-click on the TimeZoneInformation folder, go to New, and select DWORD (32-bit) Value.
Rename the new value as "RealTimeIsUniversal."
Double-click on the "RealTimeIsUniversal" value and set its data to 1.
Click OK to save the changes.
Set Linux to use local time:

Open a terminal in Linux.
Edit the /etc/default/rcS file using a text editor.
Look for the line that starts with "UTC=" and change it to "UTC=no."
Save the file and reboot your system.
Use timedatectl in Linux:

Open a terminal in Linux.
Use the command "sudo timedatectl set-local-rtc 1" to set the system time to use local time.
By following these steps, you'll be able to synchronize the time correctly between Windows and Linux in your dual boot setup. Remember to restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
