The Faroe Islands, also called FØROYAR in the danish language , are popular for breathtaking landscapes, a rough sea and a lot of fish. Finally in 2022 I got the chance to visit these wonderful islands for 10 days. I knew that the Faroe Islands are popular for their crazy landscapes, but taking a hike there in person definetly felt unreal to me - this truely is a hidden gem in Europe and Denmark.
I have visited the Faroe Islands off season in March - in my oppinion one of the best monts for a trip. There are just a few tourists, the temperature isn't super cold and the weather changes between snow and sunshine every day.
In this cinematic video I showcase the best shots I got on this trip. The video is filmed and edited in 4k UHD and 5k video resolution.
