Krishna Dwaipayana Vyasa, the author of Mahabharata, envisioned a united Bharatvarsha. His knowledge of history, astronomy, and the geography of Bharatvarsha got embedded in Mahabharata. An epic filled with thrilling stories from all over Bharatvarsha. Connecting far away places makes Mahabharata an important source of information on the development of Hinduism for over 200 years.
