I had weight loss/bariatric surgery on May 18 and am am sharing my gastric sleeve recovery thoughts about the procedure and first five days post op. It went as smooth as I could have hoped for and the recovery has not been as bad as I thought it would be. I go over what foods (liquids) I eat and go over the recovery day by day. I had my procedure through NJ Bariatric Center and they were wonderful from the beginning and continue to be great!
