- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Roll out some pre made puff pastry
- Cut long triangles out of the puff pastry
- Starting at the wide end, roll the puff pastry up and tuck in the triangle point under the croissant
- For the chocolate one, add some chocolate chips to the wider base and repeat the previous step
- Brush a beaten egg over the rolled puff pastry
