The 1013 foot ship Paul R. Tregurtha was fighting 30 mph wind gusts as it passed under the Aerial Lift Bridge in Duluth, MN. The wind created some big waves and one almost drenched me next to the canal wall. The Paul R. Tregurtha produced cool looking swirling wakes that hammered into the canal wall as well. Lots of action in this video for sure.
