This is a property that is in distress and badly needs some TLC. This job took me about 5 hours to complete, but I thought it turned out pretty good. We started off with mowing because everything was super wet. By doing this it allowed us to let it dry out while we completed everything else and made the final cut a lot easier. After that we trimmed everything and then edged. We finished it off by taking care of the volunteers around the property and trimming some bushes and pampas grass.
