This video shows diferent aeration tanks in operation in a activated sludge wastewater treatment plant. The aeration is carried out by fine bubble diffusors and the height of the tank is near 6.0 meters with the purpose to optimize the oxygen transfer. For curiosity, this WWTP was designed by a combination of anaerobic and aerobic treatment (UASB reactors followed by an activated sludge treatment).
