Ingredients
• Sago – 1 Cup
• Coconut Milk – 1 Cup
• Sugar – 1 Cup
• Semiya – ¼ Cup
• Peanut – 1 tbsp
• Raisins - 1 tbsp
• Cardamom Powder – ¼ tsp
• Salt – 1 Pinch
• Water – 5 Cups
• Butter – 1 tbsp
Cooking method:
1. In a pan add butter, peanut & raisins.
2. Roast it.
3. Boil the water.
4. Add sago and mix well.
5. Let it cook for 5 - 8 mins.
6. Add salt, sugar & mix well.
7. Cook for 2 - 3 mins.
8. Add semiya, coconut milk and mix well.
9. Let it cook for 5 - 7 mins.
10. Add roasted peanuts & raisins and mix well.
11. Add Cardamom Powder .
