My buddy @Max McFarlin is back in Vietnam, and before heading back home to Saigon, he had a day layover in Hanoi. And of course, you don't go to Hanoi without eating some delicious northern cuisine, and there's no better Vietnam food in the morning after a long flight than a nice, hot, hearty phở.
