Raise your hand if you have to grip several times when you come from hanging in the knees to a sitting position. Today we are going to work on that basic move that is so essential to have smooth transmissions and knowing your "way around the aerial hoop". To become a good aerialist, it is important to clean up all the small pathways and training them gives you strength and makes you feel more secure, when doing aerial.
