How To Make Zaatar Crusted Lamb Backstrap


500g lamb backstrap, bone/sinew removed
2 tbsp dried thyme
2 tbsp dried oregano
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp red sumac
2-3 tbsp olive oil

Serve on its own, or with salad, rice, etc.
