3News' Hollie Strano says that Wednesday is going to bring hot temperatures to Cleveland in today's extended weather forecast.
It's going to be a hot day in Northeast Ohio, with temperatures approaching -- if not hitting -- 90 degrees.
Be careful making pool plans just yet, however, as strong to severe storms could arrive as early as 5 p.m. and continue throughout the evening.
As for the rest of the week, scattered storms are also expected on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with temperatures remaining in the mid 80s-low 90s across the greater Cleveland area. The early portion of next week is already looking a little bit cooler -- and for the most part, sunny.
