These matcha mini cheesecakes are super creamy. They taste best when served cold, just like rich matcha icecream.

Ingredients: (6x7cm)
250g Mascarpone cheese
50g powdered sugar
10g cornstarch
10g matcha powder
100g whipping cream
1 egg

Preheat the oven to 150C/300F
Water bath, bake for 25 minutes
