You can buy regular sweet potatoes or yams from your local market or supermarket. These are perfect to plant in water, and then you can enjoy eating sweet potato leaves in healthy stir fries, salads and other dishes. The high contents of Vitamin B6 provides some wonderful health benefits and therefore could be a new addition to your staple diet.
