Ingredients

● Onion - 2 pcs
● Chopped tomatoes - 250 ml
● 3 cloves of garlic
● Water - 100 ml
● Cheese - 180 g
● Olive oil -1 cup
●2 tablespoon of tomato sauce
●Fried Onions
👩🍳How to prepare:
First, we cook the potatoes, then we mash them, add milk, salt, cheese, pepper and olive oil and mix well.
We pour the prepared potato puree on the bottom of a dish that is suitable for the oven and smooth it on top.
Prepare meatballs
Minced meat, paprika, salt, pepper, turmeric and chopped onion are kneaded together with the meat, then we add the pizza cheese.
Cover the prepared surface with cellophane and leave it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Then shape the meatballs in the desired shape with your hands or a wooden skewer.
Eggplant and fry it in hot oil,We mix the paste with water and prepare the tomato sauce.
We put the eggplants on the mashed potatoes, then we put the meatballs on it, add the sauce, now we pour pizza cheese on it and add some fried onions.
Now we put the dishes in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
