There is tremendous energy heaving these big waves forward and one can't help but marvel at the evidence of this unseen force of nature. Watch this video when you need to focus, study, meditate and even sleep. Watching nature ambiance videos like this one is quite mesmerizing and you may find that you forget the stresses that have been keeping you awake and it could make you fall asleep fast. It could even be used as white noise as ocean sounds are great for blocking out background noise and city sounds.
