How to Vote without Voter Id: GHMC Elections 2020.
In this episode of Agla Khadam Syed Maqsood explains about the preparations a voter is required to make and get ready just before he/she goes for voting in GHMC elections in Hyderabad, Telangana state scheduled to be held on Tuesday,1st December 2020 from
7 am to 6 pm.
Though these are Municipal elections but the aggressive election campaign done by TRS AIMIM Congress and most aggressive by the BJP is commendable.. BJP did not leave any stone unturned and send their best leaders like Home minister Amit Shah, UP CM Yogi Adityanath, Smriti Irani, Prakash Javadakar, Tejasvi Surya, Devendra Fadnavis travelling from their respective offices and states to campaign for GHMC elections here in Hyderabad.
Now the voters have to do their part in GHMC limits where they are around 75 lakh strong by voting in large numbers. The usual voter turnout is no more than 50% in municipal elections and between 60 to 70% in Assembly Elections or in Lok Sabha elections anywhere in India. if we look at GHMC alone then in 2009 the voter turnout was 43% and in 2016 it was 46%. This time owing to the aggressive campaigns by various political parties especially the hyperactive participation and a grand show put up by BJP better turn out is expected. It is recommended that Hyderabadis participate in good numbers and vote for a good candidate and defeat communal forces eyeing the state of Telangana.
Syed Maqsood also explained the important process of obtaining the voter slip from telangana state election comission by visiting their following website and landing page to download online voter slip.
