TW: self-harm, suicide, depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder (emotionally unstable personality disorder), psychosis, hospitalization & anything that has to do with mental illnesses.

This is literally the scariest thing I've ever done in my life but I'm so tired of feeling ashamed all the time for something that is completely out of my control. Hopefully this can help at least 1 person to know they aren't alone.
