(Please note that the S9 Ultra was purchased from a third party seller via Amazon Canada. It turns out that the product comes from South America. The OS and the keyboard can be set to English US or Canadian Multilingual Standard after initial set up. The only downsides noted are that the warranty is only covered for Southern countries and the physical keycaps on the keyboard are noted for English/Spanish use.)
