INGREDIENTS
5 cups water
1/2 kilo pork belly
4 pieces okra (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
3 pieces tomatoes
3 pieces large green sili
1 red onion (chopped)
1 medium sized radish (sliced)
1 eggplant (sliced)
1 bundle string beans
half bundle water spinach
44g Knorr Sinigang sa Sampalok Original Mix
¼ cup fish sauce
ground black pepper
cooking oil
DIRECTIONS
In a pot at medium heat, pour in water and add the pork in. Cover and let this simmer for 45 minutes or till the pork is tender. Separate the pork and broth and set both aside.
Use the same pot and add oil, sauté the garlic and red onions. Add in the pork and mix well. Add the sliced tomatoes, and mix in fish sauce. Season with black pepper and pour in the pork broth. Cover and this simmer for 30 minutes
After boiling add the radish, green sili, okra, eggplant, and string beans. Mix well. Cover and let this simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the Knorr Sinigang sa Sampalok and mix well. Add the spinach and cover for 3-5 minutes or till the spinach has cooked. Mix and cover for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot.
