A judge in New Mexico sentenced Hannah Gutierrez-Reed to 18 months in prison for involuntary manslaughter in the 2021 shooting that killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the Western film "Rust." Gutierrez-Reed was the weapons supervisor on the set when a prop gun Alec Baldwin was holding discharged, killing Hutchins and injuring director Joel Souza. Gutierrez-Reed was acquitted on a charge of evidence tampering last month.
