Running 50m in close to 6.5 seconds. Normal speed then 0.125x speed replay. Back-to-back session of 3 sets of 4 x 50m, with minimal recovery within the set and 6 to 7 minutes recovery between sets. We agreed to go a little harder for rep 2 of set 2 for the recording of this video.
