India's decision to revoke the autonomy of Indian-administered Kashmir has cast a shadow on peace talks with a rebel group that is thousands of kilometres away, in the northeast of India.
The governor of Nagaland has told the media the only sticking points are the flag and the constitution.
Now after decades of fighting, the Nagas are still waiting for a settlement that fully respects ties to their land, history and identity.
