Tune in at 5pm on Sunday 19th April 2020 for the first ‘organised’ LIVE cooking session from Misty Ricardo’s Curry Kitchen. To keep things quite simple we’ll be cooking a Madras curry, made as hot or mild as you like. Please feel free to join in and cook along, or just watch and (hopefully) enjoy.

Ingredients to have ready...
Oil, Cumin Seeds, Cassia Bark (not essential but good to have)
Ginger/Garlic Paste (2 or 3 parts garlic to 1 part ginger) 🧄
Mix Powder, Chilli Powder, Kasuri Methi, Salt
Hot Base Gravy (350-400ml approx), watered down to the consistency of semi-skimmed milk 🥣
Tomato Puree or Passata 🍅
The Main Ingredient e.g. Chicken, Lamb, Beef, Prawns, Chickpeas, Vegetables. Raw chicken can be used instead of pre-cooked if desired
Lemon Juice, fresh or bottled (fresh is best) 🍋
Coffee Granules ☕️ (optional), Onion Paste / Bunjarra 🧅 (optional), Worcestershire Sauce
Fresh Coriander
A glass of refreshment of your choice. 🍺 🍷 🥤 ☕️ 🍵
