MTP/MPO-LC 8-fiber BIF harness cable ([ Ссылка ]) is terminated with MTP/MPO connector on one end and LC connectors on the other end. The MTP/MPO-LC harness cable comes with both single mode fiber type (OS2) and multimode fiber types (OM3/OM4). Harness cables provide a transition from multi-fiber cables to individual fibers or duplex connectors. This 8-fiber harness cable is used for 40G to 10G direct connection, for example, connecting four 10G SFP+ into a MPO adapter panel and MPO trunk. MTP/MPO harness cables are ideal for connecting high-speed switches populated with such higher rate transceivers as QSFP+ transceivers to existing 10GbE elements populated with SFP+ modules.
