Ingredients
Chicken breast - 2 pcs
Onion - 1 pc
Mustard - 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
Chicken broth - 1 tea cup
Honey - 2 tablespoons
Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Method of preparation
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
Place 1 teaspoon of mustard on each chicken breast.
We rub the chicken breasts well with the mustard.
Seal the meat in hot olive oil for 2 minutes on each side on a moderate heat.
We take them out and in the same fat we stew the onion, cut into small pieces. We salt.
We stew the onion for 5 minutes on a moderate heat.
Return the chicken breasts to the pan on top of the onions.
Add soy sauce and chicken stock.
We cover the pan with a lid.
Cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
Add the honey and turn off the heat.
