I’ll admit there was an internal debate within me in deciding whether to publish this video. Part of me feels quite vulnerable, and another part was reminding myself to be authentic even if I do appear to be a bit (or very) unpolished. I suppose I could have re-recorded the video but I don’t believe my reaction would've been any different.

Books can impact us and react in ways we aren’t expecting. They have the power to make us think, feel, and cry which is what “Under the Whispering Door” by TJ Klune did for me. This is why I read books and love them when they surprise me.

After reviewing my initial video, I continued to edit, and several “scenes” landed on the cutting room floor because I realized there were a few spoilers from the book I wanted to omit. Therefore, this video turned into my reaction after reading it as opposed to a review.
