Hi! I’m Emily (or Em), holistic nutritionist, author & lifestyle medicine enthusiast. I’m also a fellow Vestibular Warrior.

My mission to help you thrive in this human experience with your vestibular condition and beyond. I created this space a few years ago and it was incredibly therapeutic to finally share my experience with journeying through a health crisis, healing and finding my grounded state. Connecting with others going through a vestibular condition means the world to me.

I believe that taking a bio-individual approach to healing and fueling health is crucial. Further, incorporating lifestyle medicine (like nutrition through diet) is a beautiful opportunity to elevate wellness. We should all be in the driver's seat when it comes to our health as we navigate the twists and turns of this life.
