In this video, I am explaining all the pre-euro currencies used by the countries that currently use the euro as their official currency as of June 2024. There are 26 such countries. Among these, 20 are members of the European Union, and another 4 are non-EU members with special agreements to use the euro. Additionally, 2 countries use the euro as their de facto currency. I will cover the pre-euro currencies of all these 26 countries.

At the end of the video, I will also show the 7 EU member countries that do not yet use the euro and still have their own currencies. This list of 26 countries may grow in the future, as these 7 countries and other European countries might adopt the euro as their official currency.
