A mandibular ramus autogenous graft was made in a 35 year old female searching for treatment with implants. The graft was covered with 3 layers of collagen membrane (Lumina Coat Double Time, Criteria, Brazil). After 4 to 6 months we will place the implants. About 2 years ago we made a Le Fort I osteotomy to maxillary advancement due to a maxillary deficiency in the same patient.
