Ever since jumping jacks were invented by General Black Jack Pershing when he was an upperclassman a West Point in the 1880s, the jumping jacks exercise has been a calisthenic staple for the US military, PE classes and sports teams of every level. That’s because they work. Besides just performing this workout, I want to issue you a jumping jacks challenge. If jumping jacks for 30 days you’ll find the jumping jacks everyday results will astound you, That’s because jumping jacks benefits include cardiovascular benefits. It balances out your heart rate, increases blood circulation all over the body, controls and maintains blood pressure, helps in doing away with bad cholesterol levels in the body, prevents the onset of stroke or heart attacks. That is why I am urging you to begin your jumping jacks transformation today.
This workout is performed in a Tabata format meaning you perform each exercise as fast a you can (with good form) for 20 seconds with ten seconds rest in between for 4 minutes. Dr. Izumi Tabata discovered that a Tabata workout for 4 minutes, done correctly, can burn fat up to 36 hours after it’s completed. Doing a Tabata workout 15 minutes is unnecessary for fat loss. Though this is a jumping jacks workout, you can easily make it a tabata workout with no jumping by moving one leg at a time. And a Tabata workout with jumping jacks is so uncomplicated it makes it an excellent Tabata workout for beginners. This wokout has it’s own Tabata workout music.
