Ingredients:
3 lbs ranchera(skirt, flank, flap) or your choice of steak
1/4 cup olive oil
The juice of 4 limes
The juice of 2 oranges
2 tbsp white vinagre(optional) If your limes are not so juicy!!
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 white onion ;sliced
1 jalapeño ;sliced
2 minced garlic cloves
Salt I used 1 1/2 tbsp
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp New Mexico chili powder
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 serving of love💕
