5 chicken thighs
lemon pepper spice blend from Ross
salt and pepper
cook chicken on medium low flame.
yellow rice recipe:
1 cup jasmine rice
2 cups water
1 teaspoon Knorr chicken bouillon
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
boil 2 cups of water. add rice. add spices. bring back up to a boil. Simmer on low for 15 min
turn off heat. do not uncover. let sit covered for additional 5 min.
