3-4 bay leaves
1.9kg. Whole chicken


For roasting

1 medium Lemon
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. Liquid seasoning
1 tsp. black pepper
Lemon grass

pwede mo tong i bake in 170c' for 1hour then 200c' for another 1hour or hangang sa maluto
