Expect moderate to heavy rain and strong winds to continue through the morning Wednesday, before activity lessens in intensity as yet another atmospheric river hits the west coast.
The best window for moderate to heavy rain will be up until around 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday. There is still a chance for rain past noon on Wednesday, but it will be scattered and lighter compared to earlier in the day.
