A Kansas man is facing charges after a wrong-way crash that killed three people in Platte County, Missouri, this week. 35-year-old Kyle Anthony Waymon Mendez has been charged with three counts of involuntary manslaughter and one count of leaving the scene of an accident in connection with a July 11 crash on Interstate 29.
