COCONUT MILKSHAKE
Ingredients
2 cups chopped tender coconut
2 tbsps almonds, soaked for 1-2 hours, and peeled
2 tbsps cashew nuts, soaked for 1-2 hours
2 tbsps sugar
2 cups coconut milk
4-6 vanilla ice cream scoops
10-12 ice cubes
¾ tsp green cardamom powder
Chopped almonds for garnish
Chopped pistachios for garnish
Method
1. Put the tender coconut in a mixer jar. Add almonds, cashew nuts, sugar, coconut milk, ice cream scoops, ice cubes, and green cardamom powder and blend till smooth.
2. Transfer into individual glasses, garnish with chopped almonds and chopped pistachios. Serve immediately.
