INGREDIENTS:
*mutton 300g
*bottle gourd 300 g
*onion 2
*Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
*Green chilli 8-10
*Tomatos paste 3tsp
*Coriander leaves
*salt 2 tsp
*red chilli powder 1tsp
*Coriander powder 1tsp
*Turmic powder 1tsp
*Feenugreek 1tsp
*Garam masla powder 1tsp
METHOD:
Grind onion & green chilli & make paste.
In pressure cooker add mutton, ginger garlic paste, onion paste tomato paste, spices.
Add 1 cup water. Mix all. Cover it & wait for a whistle on high flame & when whistle came then turn the flame low & cook it for 12 to 15 mins on medium flame.
UnCover the lid after 12 to 15 mins.add oil. Stir-fry. Add Feenugreek & garam masala powder. Mix well & stir_fry until oil gets separates. Add bottle gourd & mix well. Add half cup water & mix well. Cover the lid for 5 mins on low flame. After 5 mins check the tenderness of bottle gourd. Mutton & bottle gourd are ready. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve in plate.
