I'm brewing an IPA-- a craft beer style all about hops! Any hoppy-beer heads out there?
The grain bill is mostly 2-row with a small amount of Munich and Carafoam for additional flavor and body. This is 6.5% ABV beer with an original gravity of 1.064.
Mash (152F) for 45-60 minutes:
2-row (87%)
Munich (7%)
Carafoam (6%)
Hops:
Cascade, Strata, Citra, and Mosaic
27 IBU (Boil for 60 minutes )
13 IBU (Whirlpool for 20 minutes at 180F)
Dry hop on day 3 and day 5 (2-3 LBS per BBL total)
