It's time to retire the "temporary woodworking workbench" I made over 20 years ago in favor of a new woodworking bench made of plywood that features adjustable feet and caster wheels that can be used for moving it around the woodwork shop as needed. I used good quality birch plywood and designed the bench to be as strong as possible while keeping weight to a minimum by cutting out the insides of the base and rounding them out with my wood router, then trimming them flush with my Makita cordless circular saw and between the two of these tools left a nice cut with virtually no tear-out for a smooth fine cut for this DIY Workbench.
