They say that the secret to success is hidden in your daily routine. I think it holds some truth. We are what we repeatedly do. Habits, or our actions, essentially shape our identities.
Some people have morning routines, others have night time routines. For me, I have a daily and weekly bullet journaling routine. A routine works as a springboard to start my day off with clarity and structure. It also works as a grounding device to help end my day with transparency and resolution. For someone who works from home, I find it useful to dedicate time to bullet journaling. I use the bullet journal system to organize and plan my life, and so, I need to create pockets of time during my day to do that. And I think that's a key factor into creating a consistent journaling practice. Create a routine for yourself. Make sure your reasons for bullet journaling are important enough for you to stick to this system of habits.
Also, being human, I naturally don't keep up with my journaling routine perfectly. I skip some days. Or I forget to finish spreads. Life happens. It's all good! I know that I can always try again tomorrow, if the Spirit leads me to. :)
