In this video, I'm going to show you how to mute a profile on Instagram. So what you want to do is load up your Instagram app on your phone and look for a profile that you want to mute. So in here, I'm just gonna select the first one. And what I'm going to do is tap into their profile and then under, where it says following hit the drop down arrow and you will see an option for mute tap on the mute option and you commute posts and also stories.
