Ingredients
Butter - 2 teaspoon
Kalonji / black seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Bay leaves - 2
Chopped garlic - 1 tablespoon
Chopped onion - 1 mid sized
Chopped cauliflower - 200 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Maida - 2 teaspoon
Milk - 200 ml
Milk - 100 ml
Mozzarella cheese - 25 grams
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Preparation
In a kadhai add butter, kalonji/black seeds, bay leaves, chopped garlic and mix well. Add chopped onion and cook for 1 minute.
Add chopped cauliflower and salt and cook for 2 minutes.
Add maida and mix well.
Add milk. Mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Blend and transfer to a kadhai. Add milk and bring to a boil.
Add mozzarella cheese and black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes. Garnish with croutons.
