Pink Floyd frontman David Gilmour's black Fender Stratocaster broke the world record for a guitar sold at auction, selling for $3,975,000.
It featured on iconic albums such as ‘The Dark Side of the Moon’ and ‘The Wall’.
Gilmore sold his collection of 127 guitars for an incredible $21,490,750 and will give the proceeds to environmental charity ‘ClientEarth’.
