A man in Jiangsu, China, is being hailed as a hero after scaling the side of his building to rescue a toddler who was hanging outside a 3rd-floor window.
According to local media, the 2-year-old’s mother was shopping for groceries and her father was quarantining in a different room of the apartment at the time of the incident. The good Samaritan, identified as Tao Yazhou, held the girl outside the window for approx 5 min until her mother returned and helped pull her inside to safety.
