The Georgia Supreme Court reversed the murder conviction of Justin Ross Harris in June 2022, the man found guilty of murder in 2016 after leaving his 22-month-old son in a hot vehicle. The Cobb County District Attorney now says that Harris won't be retried, citing a lack of "crucial motive evidence." The Law&Crime Daily team has the details.
