Well I'm 30 days into Carnivore with an extra two weeks of Keto and Intermittent Fasting. I've seen some awesome changes but I'm having a few very BIG REGRETS that not everyone talks about so freely! I think there should be a disclaimer on all these MIRACLE CURE VIDEOS about this. Maybe it's just me - but I don't think I'm the only one.
