We are honoured to have Jose Feliciano performing for us at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre located at 190 Princes' Boulevard, CNE Grounds in Toronto for our 4th annual benefit concert's for epilepsy.
Jose Feliciano, has won a total of eight Grammy Awards and is considered by many to be the world's greatest living guitarist.
We had the pleasure of meeting Jose and his band in May, Greg Smith and Ty McHugh on keys, Bob Conti on percussion, Al Payson on bass and Tyger MacNeal on drums,
what a great bunch of guys.
Also appearing on stage with Jose in November will be mezzo-soprano Margaret Maye, "rich, easy, plumy tones..." Classical 96.3FM
Margaret Maye has dedicated herself to creating awareness and understanding of epilepsy, to promote ketogenic diet therapies, supporting epilepsy research and informing the public about the urgent need for increased efforts in epilepsy research.
As well Margaret is advocating for a more effective and improved formalized epilepsy care system being brought to Canada.
Funds from this year's concert will be Benefitting University of Toronto Epilepsy Research Program and The Children's Memorial Health Institute
