In this video, we are going to teach you how to draw wrinkles on face. Drawing wrinkles on a human face is not just about drawing lines. Instead, as with any other drawing, you must learn to recognize and draw areas of light and shadow.
Many lines will look like a line. However, it is important to determine what type of line it is. Is it a thick line? Is it a thin line? A line in the shade or a line in the light? Is the line realistic and solid or is it surrounded by skin? When you learn to make these determinations, you will be able to learn how to draw realistic wrinkles.
The first steps on how to draw wrinkles on face is to set your image to have the basic outline. You will try to reproduce the outer side of the face shape, eyes, nose, mouth, hair, ears and most of the prominent wrinkles accurately.
